Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Crescendo mobile application (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Application refers to the mobile software program called Crescendo, provided by the Company and downloaded to your device.

Application Store refers to the digital distribution platform through which the Application is obtained, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Company, We, Us, or Our refers to Crescendo.

Country refers to: Bangladesh

Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including smartphones, tablets, or computers.

Service refers to the Application and any related features or content provided within it.

Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company.

Third-Party Services refer to external platforms, websites, or services that may be linked to or integrated with the Service.

You refers to the individual user accessing or using the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service and form a binding agreement between you and the Company.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

If you have made a purchase through the Service, the total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service. If no purchase was made, liability shall not exceed 100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, the liability of the Company will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted within the Service and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
