When you reach the plantation area, stick to the bushes and use Eagle Vision to locate the contact on the western side of the plantation. From here, you can either get in close to the contact and whistle the tune OR you can take the time to liberate the plantation.
While not part of the mission, Adewale can liberate the plantation by killing overseers. In the same way that Edward raided plantations in AC4, stick to stealth and eliminate all the guards with stealth kills and the blowpipe to prevent them from ringing the alarm bell (which you can sabotage) and/or killing slaves.

After you've liberated the plantation (or not), approach Bastienne's contact and hum the tune to receive the next location. From there, run towards the forest into the caves where you'll encounter several baddies.
PUSH AN OVERSEER INTO THE WATER: When the cutscene ends, walk past the bridge and up to the mini-stage overlooking the water. Let the bad guys see you to start conflict. To push a guard into the water, you'll need to do a double Counter move by pressing the Circle/B button twice when they attack.
PERFORM AN AIR ASSASSINATION FROM 10 METERS: There are a couple of bad guys that are located in the lower area of the caves. Simply target one of them from above and assassinate them from the air to complete the objective.
