"Creative Clean & CIMPLE is amazing and our lifesaver!!! Recently my elderly parents basement had a sewage back up. I wasn't sure what to do when the plumber said that the back up was a very big problem, I reached out to CCC not sure what to do.   Harlan and his team made it to their house in less then an hour (even though it was 9:00pm on Saturday) to assist us immediately. Their staff are the best I have ever worked with and they treated my parents and their home respectfully and with care.  Harlan was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and without his assistance I don't believe the job would be complete.   He helped streamline and simplified working with multiple vendors needed to repair all the damage. I highly recommend them! They are our heroes!!!!"

We were new to Lakewood so we took a chance.  We saw an ad in a local news paper and called the number.  Owner, Harlan Woods, bid on our repairs and we checked his references.  The people we called were so pleased with H&S and proud of Harlan's work that we couldn’t get them to stop talking!  After seeing the high standards and experiencing the fairness and integrity of Harlan Woods And CCC, my wife and I, understood why those people felt that way.  We almost immediately contracted CCC to come back and add a cover to part of our deck.

You can’t go wrong with CCC.

"Not only was I impressed by how fast they came when I needed help, Creative Clean & CIMPLE process simplified my stressful situation.  The staff incredibly friendly , knowledgeable and they explained everything so I understood through the entire process.   I hope I will not need their service again, but if I do they will be the one I call!   I would recommend CCC and I am so thankful for everything they did !!!

"I hired CCC to remodel my basement so that I could start a business in my basement and also be able to take care of my elderly mom.  Malone did an amazing job remodeling my basement to fit the needs of my future business.  After making the deposit  he was willing to negotiate how and what type of payment

I felt very lucky to have him work on my basement because I soon discovered he had prior experience in the business I was starting and Shannon had experience working with elderly / and in home care.

I am very excited for what is to come.!!!
