Together Malone and Shannon Woods are the founder's of CCC Services, a family owned and operating  company.  

Malone is a Master Carpenter and has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of construction.  I have a passion for safety and property clean up because each house should be just the way you want but more importantly your safe place for you and your family.  I am dedicated to building each house / building with true appreciation for the craftsmanship.  Artistically telling their story, their past and their dreams.

Shannon is experienced Property Manager (COS) and Project Manager, more than 30 years experience of helping customers make their dreams a reality with creative budgeting and leading professional team and family help (family "labor") to help project budget stretch.   

Creative Clean & CIMPLE specializes in multiple residential clean-up, repair and home improvements. We are able to cover all phases of construction from the planning to completion and maintenance to clean-up/restoration. Our team of experienced professionals bring years of expertise to every project, inspection and clean-up; ensuring thoroughness and accuracy when identifying issues (mold, asbestos, VOC's, radon, lead, etc.).  We are here to support homeowners and businesses in creating a cleaner, healthy, safer indoor environments for everyone.   We can supply job references (letters or contacts), photos of up-to-date productions, as well as, testimonials and our photo gallery online. Reference letters can be provided to all clients. At CCC we are dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

In life we have been very blessed specially with our family.  We support each other no matter the interest.  Ultimately, keeping it CIMPLE for us and who we support/ serve.  CIMPLEy we took ALL of our interest, passion, skills and expertise into our business.   Our goal is to help at home or at work, we can fix, maintain, clean, organize, protect, CIMPLE-fy, grow spiritually (It's CIMPLE - Church / Non-Profit) and so much more.

Our family is a cosmic connection.  From the moment my wife, Shannon and I meet we knew we had something special.   We have three beautiful kids and one granddaughter.
