LIFE IS A JOURNEY. EVERYONE NEED A COMPANION IN A JOURNEY. Otherwise life is too hard to go through alone, without supports. The same with our spiritual journey, we need each other to hold us accountable and to walk together through the seasons. 

Spiritual Direction is a Spiritual companionship of two people or more walking together to discern God’s action in one’s life. The spiritual director would facilitate the awareness of God’s action in directees’ lives to encounter God personally and to understand what God is doing in their lives. 

It is a safe place where directees can share their inner selves without being judged and it is held in confidentiality. It is a place where people can rest in God’s presence and let the light of God illuminate their lives.
