All requests will be viewed within 24 hrs (M-F) and you will be sent a verification of receipt, any questions, and estimated turn-around time.
Requests put in after 2pm, will be considered a next business day submission.
Please expect up to 72 hrs for creative mocks and more time for rich media, motion graphics, custom pages, etc.
The more direction provided, the quicker we can process and assign a creative lead.
Client revisions and time to traffic are not included in the time frames given.

Provide clear goals for the campaign.
If there are multiple sets of creative needed, please indicate at initial creative request.
Include any predetermined direction from market or client.
Avoid the use of CAP-LOCKS in copy.
Copy should always be typed out, even if it exists on attached creative (to avoid typos CS does not retype copy).
CS does not translate copy from other languages.
Remain mindful of the amount of copy as it relates to ad size (specifically social images tend to get rejected ads if too much copy is present).
When requesting more than one set of units, please indicated exactly which copy points are specific to which ad sizes.
Client or promotional assets should be provided as hi res images (ideally).
Contest rules should be attached as Word or PDF docs.
Station logos are not necessary to include in request, as we already all brand and radio logos in-house.
Provide any existing creative or inspiration.
Review and confirm all details of requests after processing.
Narrow communication to one point of contact (all information should ideally filter through one person).
Provide feedback/revisions on deliverables within 24-48 business hours (copy updates and revisions are generally delivered in 24 hour for standard media).
Confirm if/when a campaign can be marked as complete (campaigns left pending feedback for more than 10 days will be automatically archived).
All contests/political campaigns should be vetted by legal team BEFORE submission to CS

All client assets/talent images must be cleared by the legal team and/or provided by the record label
Larger, multi layered campaigns that generally run across a number of markets (Black History Month, Mother’s Day, Hoops Mania, etc.)

New requests should be entered for each individual sponsorship (ad sizes, sponsorship level/placement and sales value should be indicated in request)
