Before publishing sponsored content, there are numerous considerations that must be made before clicking PUBLISH. Considering each stakeholder associated with the campaign while on the way to publishing will ease the process in addition to strengthening the sponsored content publishing engine.
1. Once an editorial post is ready for client to review or Ad Ops to QA, Editorial/OneX should publish the post to the Sales Demo primary category and password protected it with password "revopstest". This way, only users with the password can view the content.
Putting the editorial post in the Sales Demo primary category will ensure the post......
a.) does not show up on search engines (Ex. Google, Bing, etc)
b.) does not show up on the site homepage or archived pages
2. Next, click on GET SHORTLINK to copy the Wordpress shortlink. This link is necessary in case the permalink (ex: hellobeautiful.com/506302/post-name) changes.
3. Once an editorial post is approved to go live, Editorial should update the post in WP -
a.) change Status to Scheduled and update published date/time to the approved launch time
b.) change Visibility to Public
c.) change the Sales Demo primary category to the approved primary category.

Zype
There are two ways to disable video ads in the Zype Vidoe Player.
Option 1
Go to Video -> Content in GAM, search for the video content and update Serving Status to Inactive.
Option 2
1. In WP, go to iOne -> Site Features menu and to the Zype tab. There you’ll find “Ad Exclusion”. Just add the ID of the video you don’t want ads to run on. You can add multiples and separate by comma. Ads will be blocked on VideoEverywhere, individual embeds, and on the homepage video widget.
2. Please note that the IDs need to be added on each site individually, even if it is the same account. Unfotunately, this is less than optimal, specially on local sites. However, it shouldn’t be such a big deal for the National sites, especially because videos are not shared between accounts.
