For those traveling to South Africa, we recommend applying for a ‘Visitor’s Visa’ that aligns with your purpose, such as ‘business visitor activities,’ ‘attending a conference or expo,’ or ‘holiday.’

Please note that invitation letters for visa purposes can only be issued to individuals who have completed the registration process and paid the registration fee. Visitors must possess a passport valid for at least three months beyond the planned departure from South Africa. Please note that the visa application process can take up to 6 weeks.
The Congress Secretariat assists delegates by processing official invitations upon request. These letters do not commit the Local Organiser to any financial obligation.
Official invitation by Congress Organiser – required information:
• Your full name
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Country of citizenship (the country that issued your passport)
• Passport number
• Date of expiry of your passport
Condition for the issuance of the invitation letter by the Congress Organiser:
• Payment of the registration fee
The invitation letter will be sent to your email as a PDF file upon receipt of all required information. The invitation letter should be presented to the South African Embassy in your country to obtain a visa for the Congress. We strongly advise you to apply at least one month prior to the Congress.
