The sport of weightlifting consists of two movements, the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. As well as being a sport in its own right, variations of these lifts are utilised in athletic strength training for general health and by athletes in other sports to help build strength, explosiveness, and coordination.

Open Gym Access: Enjoy the flexibility of our open gym sessions when you cant make the club timings. With access to our state-of-the-art facilities, you can practice your weightlifting skills at your own pace outside of the coached sessions. 

Goal Setting and Accountability: Set goals, track your sessions, and measure your progress through our app. Our platform keeps you accountable, motivated, and dedicated to reaching your weightlifting milestones. Regular check-ins with our coaches provide additional support and guidance.
