Crawford Serving Humanities has received 501(c)(3) public charity status.  This matter is of critical importance as we move forward in accomplishing our mission. We want to strengthen Crawford and the surrounding region by being a catalyst for enlightening humanities events; creating opportunities for businesses and organizations to work together; providing opportunities to educate people, especially children, about history and events that have shaped our culture; and promoting pride and patriotism by hosting events to honor and remember  people in service. 

Our first event -The Vietnam Wall and Cost of Freedom tour is on September 9-12, 2026 at the baseball park complex and Community Bldg. 1st st, Crawford. 

This will be a major event next year as we celebrate our 250 anniversary!

The arrival of the Vietnam Wall and Cost of Freedom Tribute in September of 2026 will be here before you know it! As that time approaches, we’ll need as many as 40 volunteers across the 5-day event to make it successful.  

From set up, guiding visitors, watching over the wall and tribute, to helping people with parking and navigating to the  event, we’ll need all sorts.
