Flumazenil

From the American Heart Association (2006):

For sedation reversal (from Clinical Pharmacology) not benzo overdose as above: Adult dosing-- initially, 0.2 mg IV. The dose may be repeated after 45 seconds if the desired level of consciousness is not achieved, and subsequently at 1-minute intervals, until a maximum of 4 doses have been administered (1 mg total over 5-minute period). If resedation occurs, repeat the regimen at 20 minute intervals, up to a maximum of 3 mg/hour.
