- Activity 2 (Batteries and electricity): make a battery out of pennies and vinegar
- Activity 3 (Circuits): Make a circuit out of an LED, alligator clips, and your new battery

- Snap Circuits Project 1: what happens when the switch is totally taken out of the circuit? The switch has to be _____ for the circuit to work.
- Snap Circuits Project 5: What happens to the light when fan is placed in series with the light? Take out light or fan, what happens?
- Snap Circuits Project 6: What happens to the light now that they are in parallel? Take out light or fan, what happens?
- LEVEL UP: Show your notebook to an adult to proceed to level 2
Record your findings in a notebook!!! You can do this via alligator clips or snap circuits
Activity 1 (Playing with resistance): Hook up an LED, resistors, batteries in series change the resistors and/or add more resistors in series. What happens as you add more resistance?
Activity 2 (More resistance): Using the multimeter measure the resistance of several resistors in series. What do you get? In parallel?

- Must complete all of the sushi cards
- After both Arduino and Raspberry Pi cards are complete you qualify for Level 3 qual card
