For the IPC Personal Qualities, I also include International Mindedness. Instead of Thoughtfulness, my school uses Reflection which I think is a better word and a better suited personal quality.

At the beginning of each year, our Mile Post 3 students review our previous years rubrics and update them. These are displayed in the class and put in their end of term reports. The children set their own definitions and expectations.

Each of the rubrics are linked to three UN Goals. This is a new development for us but we are experimenting with what is most suitable for each personal quality.
