Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no minimum order required. However, to make the most out of your delivery fee, we recommend ordering in bulk for better value!
What customization options do you offer?
We provide laser engraving and decal stickers, allowing you to add names, logos, or designs to your chosen product.
Can I see a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes! We can provide a sample for a small fee, which will be deducted from your total order if you proceed.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept AI, SVG, PNG, JPG, and PDF files. For engraving, high-resolution black-and-white images work best.
Do you offer ready-made designs?
Yes! We have pre-designed templates available, but you can also send us your own logo or artwork.
What is the maximum engraving size?
Engraving sizes depend on the product. Send us your design, and we’ll check if any adjustments are needed.
Can I engrave different names on each item?
Absolutely! We offer personalized engraving, making our products perfect for gifts and giveaways.
Is colored engraving available?
Laser engraving naturally burns the wood, creating a dark brown finish. We currently do not offer colored engraving. However, for decal stickers, you can choose from black, gray, or gold.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, and Bank Transfers (BPI/Vybe). Payment details will be sent once your order is confirmed.
Is a deposit required for bulk orders?
Yes, we require a 50% down payment before production. The remaining balance must be settled before delivery.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Small orders (10–50 pcs): 7–14 business days
Bulk orders (100+ pcs): Up to 30 business days
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk and corporate orders.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the Philippines via J&T, LBC, Grab, Transportify, and Lalamove. Our recommended delivery schedule is every Saturday or Sunday.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs depend on location and courier. We provide an estimate before confirming your order.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes! You can pick up your order in RCD Royale, Bulacan, or book your own delivery service.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders are subject to availability and may include an additional fee.
Once shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number for your delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Custom-made orders are non-refundable unless the issue is on our end.
How do I care for my bamboo products?
Handwash with mild soap (for kitchen items).
Avoid prolonged water exposure.
Store in a dry place to prevent mold or warping.
