"CRAFT THEM YOUNG "(Meeting)
Discussion
Greetings
A list was passed for those interested in Executive: President, vice president, Secretary and Assistant, PRO, Asst.PRO, Auditor no Assistant, Treasurer, Asst.Treasurer,
Mr jawara a staff of Maarif discussed important issues about the club in which he advise us about peer Influence which makes most people use this back way and many bad things.
Mr Jatta also the Vice Principal of Maarif International advised us about our Education and that we should be committed, and hardworking and believe we can do it. He made mention of a very important point which is " Don't compete with people but instead compete with yourself and you will find yourself defeating many people "
This association as he mentioned is created to help many people out there as we can go to schools, communities and the like to sensitize people on how to back away, early Marriage dropping out of school etc. will affect them and we can help and make a change in some people's life
We have to believe in ourselves that we can make a change In Shaa Allah
Auntie Marie from Maarif also gave out some Important things, she talks about Gender base violence which is Women are not given power and a platform they are always behind which isn't right because Women give birth and do many things vital, Without Women in any association or group it will lack a lot just like when you Cook food without salt.
Last but not the list of those that applied for the post of Executive gave a speech and says the reason why we should vote for them.
Voting was done fairly and we believed those chosen can do it
Thank you
Secretary: Mam Marie Khan
