普通心理學 General Psychology (PSY1007; EMI)
This course is designed to introduce you to the diverse topics and critical issues in the scientific exploration of psychology. Along the way, you will acquire fundamental knowledge regarding influential theories and pertinent research encompassing vital facets of psychology. You will discover what psychologists have learned that can not only enhance your academic pursuits but also enrich your relationships, well-being, and various other significant aspects of your life.

幸福與人生 Well-Being and Life (PSY1012)
臺灣人口的成長率偏低,目前已經進入「少子化」社會,而國家發展委員會預估2025年的臺灣將面臨「超高齡」的人口結構。除了臺灣人口結構轉變所造成的心理健康問題外,全球「氣候變遷」和「疾病傳播」所產生的環境效應也對個人心理健康產生影響。因此,統整探索本地及全球環境變化對心理健康的影響有其必要性。本課程提出一個整合的架構,以幸福感 (well-being) 為核心,整合心智 (mind)、身體 (body) 及環境 (environment),以瞭解三者之間的互動整合歷程,從而全面提昇人們在各個生命階段的心理健康,並改善心理疾患的心理狀態。

This course introduces the fundamental concepts, principles, and applications of psychological testing. It covers the history, development, and purposes of psychological tests, as well as methods for evaluating their quality. In addition, you will engage in practical exercises that guide you through the process of constructing and analyzing psychological measures. The course emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills essential for applying psychological tests in research and professional practice.
青少年心理學專題討論 Seminar on Adolescent Psychology (PSY5343)
This course is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted aspects of adolescent development, including physical, cognitive, social, and personality dimensions. Efforts will be made to understand current issues affecting adolescence in light of recent empirical research and theoretical knowledge. Students will utilize diverse theories and perspectives as frameworks to delve into the physical changes, cognitive changes, and psychosocial issues that shape the trajectory of adolescent development.
親子關係專題討論 Seminar on Parent-Child Relations (PSY5344)
This course is designed to introduce you to parent-child and family relationships from a lifespan perspective. Through the lens of various theories and perspectives, students will explore parent-child relations within the context of different ages and stages of development. Emphasis will be placed on gaining insight into current issues impacting parent-child relations, drawing from recent empirical research and theoretical knowledge. Students will have a deeper appreciation of the complexities and dynamics of parent-child relationships throughout the lifespan.
