Cream Dilute Test
This test is to determine if the stallion is a bay, chestnut, black, single dilute (palomino, buckskin or smokey black), or double dilute (cremello, perlino or smokey black). A pony may look like a black (phenotype) but may be a smokey black (genotype).
Base Colour
Base colours are Bay, Chestnut, Black, Dilutes of Bay, Chestnut & Black, Double Dilutes (Blue Eyed Cream).
Birth Colour must be noted, may be hidden by the Grey Factor.
Colour Lines
The letter following the Stallion’s name is the Colour Line the Stallion belongs to and refers to the following colours.
B – Blue, G – Green, O – Orange, P – Purple, R – Red
