임상/약물 대사체학 연구실(CPML)은 

NMR과 LC-MS/MS 기반 대사체학을 중심으로 암의 대사 재프로그래밍과 약물 저항성 기전을 규명하고, 

체액의 대사 지문으로부터 비침습 진단과 예후 예측 모델을 개발합니다. 

세포와 동물 모델에서 얻은 기전 연구 결과를 울산대학교병원의 임상 코호트와 연결하고, 

대사체·전사체·단백체 데이터를 통합하는 자체 MATLAB/R 분석 파이프라인을 통해 

기초 연구가 실제 진단과 처방으로 이어지는 중개연구를 지향합니다.

The Clinical & Pharmaco-Metabolomics Laboratory (CPML) at the University of Ulsan studies 

how metabolism shapes disease and drug response. 

Using NMR- and LC-MS/MS-based metabolomics, 

we delineate the metabolic reprogramming that underlies targeted-therapy resistance in cancer, 

build non-invasive diagnostic and prognostic models from biofluid metabolic fingerprints, and integrate metabolome, transcriptome and proteome data through custom MATLAB and R pipelines.

Working closely with clinicians at Ulsan University Hospital and with developmental geneticists at the University of Helsinki, 

we translate mechanistic findings from cell and animal models into biomarkers, risk scores and prescribing guidance.
