Welcome to Cpin Cuppin ("the App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cpin Cuppin. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using Cpin Cuppin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Cpin Cuppin provides a tool for users to input and manage their coffee beans’ parameters, organise cupping events, enter cupping responses, and provide consolidation and reporting of cupping results.
We do not currently certify or verify the authenticity of coffee beans, and we do not represent or guarantee anything in terms of the fairness and standards of cupping events and of the participants. We make available the cupping results in a transparent and consistent way to help minimise fraudulent or misleading activities and listings, and we take steps to detect fraudulent activities to the best of our abilities to promote a healthy community of users.
Additionally the App provides a platform for users to list their beans’ cupping results publicly and receive enquiries for them. We facilitate the communication but we are not involved in any sale transaction or agreement between buyers and sellers. We only provide a platform for communication and listing services.
3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.
3.1 Eligibility
To use the App, you must be an individual and at least 18 years old. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
3.2 Account Registration
To use the App, you will be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the App for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity.
List contraband items or any items prohibited by law.
Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App's operation.
Use any scraper, robot, bot, spider, crawler, or any other automated tool to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the App or its content.
4. Adding Beans and Organising Cupping

You may organise private or public cupping events by first adding the associated beans to ‘My Beans’ screen. Beans and their details in ‘My Beans’ screen are only visible to yourself. After adding beans, you can choose a number of them to add to a new cupping event. Cupping events are publicly visible but require an access code from the organiser to participate in. You may add beans and organise cupping events subject to the following conditions:
4.1 Accurate Details
You should ensure details entered are as accurate and as complete as possible to the best of your knowledge.
4.2 Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that the running of your events and the beans used in the events comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. The events must not involve any illegal or contraband items, including but not limited to counterfeit goods, stolen items, or items prohibited by law.

With permission from and with credits given to the ASEAN Coffee Federation, the App currently adopts the “ASEAN Flavour Wheel”, a localised version of the Coffee Flavour Wheel that includes many local flavours, in its cupping form and in its presentation of the consolidated cupping results.
5.1 Appropriate Use and Credits
When cupping results from the App encompassing the ASEAN Flavour Wheel elements are shared outside the App to other channels or media, with or without adaptations or modifications, credits should be given to ASEAN Coffee Federation accordingly.

6. Listing Products (Beans)

Sellers may list beans for sale on the App, subject to the following conditions:
6.1 Accurate Listings
Sellers agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about the Products they list, and keep them updated.
6.2 Compliance with Laws
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings and products comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations. Sellers must not list any illegal or contraband items, including but not limited to counterfeit goods, stolen items, or items prohibited by law.
6.3 Prohibited Items
Sellers are expressly prohibited from listing any items that are illegal, unsafe, or otherwise restricted by law. This includes, but is not limited to:
Firearms, ammunition, explosives
Drugs or controlled substances
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Hazardous materials
Cpin Cuppin reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or any applicable law.
7. Buyer and Seller Transactions

7.1 Direct Transactions
Any sale transaction between buyers and sellers is conducted directly between the seller and buyer. The App is not a party to the agreement, contract, or any other contract between the buyer and seller, and Cpin Cuppin accepts no obligations in connection with any such contract. Buyers and sellers must agree to their own terms and conditions for the transaction, including but not limited to:
Price
Payment methods
Delivery or pickup arrangements
Return and refund policies
7.2 Release of Liability
Cpin Cuppin does not participate in any transaction, negotiation, or contract between buyers and sellers. As a result, we are not responsible for the following:
The quality, safety, or legality of the products listed.
The truth or accuracy of product descriptions.
The ability of sellers to sell the products or the ability of buyers to pay for the products.
The successful completion of any transaction.
By using the App, you agree to release Cpin Cuppin from any claims, demands, and damages arising from disputes between buyers and sellers.
8. Fees and Payments

Cpin Cuppin may charge fees for certain services, such as premium listings or other enhanced features. You will be notified of any applicable fees before they are incurred. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.
9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by [App Name] or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without our prior written consent.
10. Automated Tools and Scraping

You are strictly prohibited from using any automated tool, including but not limited to scrapers, bots, spiders, or crawlers, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the App or its content. Any such use is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access to the App.

Cpin Cuppin reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity.
Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of the App, and any outstanding payments owed to Cpin Cuppin must be settled.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Cpin Cuppin provides the App on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App or the information, content, or services provided.
12.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cpin Cuppin and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cpin Cuppin, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or any transaction or agreement between buyers and sellers.

You hereby agree that the laws of Singapore shall govern these Terms and that the courts of Singapore shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Cpin Cuppin reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the App after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
