How to Claim 50% of CPHS
1. Payment document from Graduate School After Students get the first 50% of Scholarship from Graduate School - They must attach the payment document by email
2.Application form G07 - Fill in the amount of Graduate payment
3.Powerpoint -Jpeg file of poster Presentation(if have)
4.Short Report of Sharing Experience Presentation to Public for Academic Purpose (must have meeting no and name of the meeting
