How to fill out the application form
The application form is segmented into three sections, each assigned to a distinct role: • Gray for students, •Orange for Advisor/Mentor
Applicant are tasked with completing the Gray section independently, potentially requiring information from their Advisor/Mentor, such as Publications. Upon completion, the form must be forwarded to the Advisor/Mentor for thorough verification of accuracy. Subsequently, only upon the Advisor/Mentor's completion of the form, double-checking of information, and approval, can it be submitted to the Headquarters CPHS
(Applicants are required to initiate contact and propose a project to the Advisor/Mentor, who serves as the instructor at the College of Public Health Sciences (CPHS). Upon reaching mutual agreement to collaborate on research, applicants can proceed by downloading the necessary form and submitting it accordingly )

Once applicants have completed the form, please reach out to our Coordinator staff to notify them of your application request before the deadline. Our staff will then create a personalized folder in your name on Google Drive, enabling you to upload all necessary materials with Application Form 8003 >>

Rule & Regulation
Postdoctoral researchers are required to maintain their research workload in close collaboration with their advisor until the end of their contract. Progress reports must be submitted by the 25th of each month until the contract's conclusion.
In the event that a postdoctoral researcher completes their research project ahead of schedule but their payroll term has not concluded, they are expected to remain in Thailand and serve as an academic secretary to their advisor.
Postdoctoral researchers are encouraged to collaborate on specialized skill-related courses to contribute to the College of Public Health Sciences (CPHS).
Attendance at an orientation session for initial reporting is mandatory for postdoctoral researchers.
Postdoctoral researchers must visibly display their nametag ID card while present on campus.
Postdoctoral researchers are obligated to adhere to the rules, regulations of the organization.
