Each paper accepted for presentation at the conference requires at least one of the authors to register. Physical attendance and in-person presentation is required, there will be no option to present online. Please enter your OpenReview paper number to help us keep track of author registrations.
Please note that CPAIOR and ICAPS will be run as different streams of the same conference event, and the registration will give you access to ICAPS sessions that are running in parallel with CPAIOR. We require all attendees to abide by the ICAPS Code of Conduct.
Regular, early registration (on or before 3 September 2025): $1,220.00 AUD
Student, early registration (on or before 3 September 2025): $835.00 AUD
Regular, late registration (after 3 September 2025): $1,525.00 AUD
Student, late registration (after 3 September 2025): $1,045.00 AUD
A full Regular or Student registration for CPAIOR 2025 includes

Additional dinner tickets (and tickets for the ICAPS dinner) can be purchased through the same registration form.
You will receive email confirmation immediately after completing the online registration form at the top of the page. Invitations will be issued automatically as part of the registration confirmation process.
For cancellation requests received on or before September 30, 2025, the registration fee will be refunded less an administration charge of $100 AUD.
For cancellation requests received between 1st October and 31st October, the registration fee will be refunded 50% less an administration charge of $100 AUD.
Registration fees will not be refunded in any portion if cancellation is received after 31st October.
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another participant (the same type of registration fee). Please inform the local arrangement team at matt@mersevents.com as soon as possible, but no later than 3rd November, to whom your registration should be transferred.
