Welcome

This is McMaster University Continuing Education's site created to support staff, subject matter experts (SMEs), and instructors in the development and maintenance of courses.

The Development Team

This team is comprised of instructional designers and a web content and course developer. The team also works closely with MCE's multimedia specialist and contracted SMEs.

Development Team's Goal

The primary goal of this team is to create courses that meet accessibility and quality standards and that comply with the university, the province, and field-specific requirements.

Services and Resources

New course development and course revisions are two processes led by the development team. Additionally, the team maintains courses currently running and develops resources and training materials for SMEs during course development and instructors during course facilitation.
