1. Police Interactions, Arresting & Use of Force
Miranda Rights will be required at every arrest only if being questioned. If an officer watch's you commit a crime and they do not read you your rights, this does not excuse you from your crimes. The only thing it excuses you from is if you have answered any questions prior to the rights being read.
Police Officers do have the right at a traffic stop, if you have committed a misdemeanour, to remove you from the vehicle and search you (not the vehicle). In a felony stop the police have every right to "inventory" the vehicle and have it impounded. Anything found during this process can be used to add additional charges.
This city is not an open carry city (cannot be spotted with a firearm in your hand by PD). If a police officer spots you with a firearm or clothing that holsters a firearm, they can meet force with force, draw their lethal and detain you for questioning.
Police at no time are to be held hostage for leverage of accessing areas, specifically the Police Station.
Surplus of 5 drug items will be considered none personal use and is illegal.
2. Heist and Robberies
You cannot use a friend as a hostage in any situation. Hostages to an actual robbery are not to be robbed (except for weapons) at a scene by the robbers.
You cannot plant anything on the hostages to help you get away from the Robbery Job. Police will no longer be able to search the hostage and arrest them based on the items in the inventory.
Nothing should be removed from the hostage as they have been taken against there will to help give others RP.
Killing a hostage without proper reasoning in RP is considered failed RP and RDM.
Respective Robbery Limits:
Store Robbery: Maximum of 4 people involved on the criminal side. Outside assistance is not allowed during this period. Only 4 Police Officers will be allowed to respond to this scene.
Bank Robberies Maximum of 6 people involved on the criminal side. Outside assistance is not allowed during this period, with exception to an additional getaway driver.
Hostages are not required in any robbery scene. Police only have to adhere to demands and negotiations if you have one or more with you at the time of the robbery. Demands are limited to two per job regardless of the amount of hostages in the scene (You cannot nullify all RP for the police) Police must allow the RP.
No Air vehicles or Motorcycles are authorised at the robbery/heist location.
If during a heist, robbery or pursuit you crash out of the city (server) the RP is then to continue and crashing player to return to the scenario as before.
