Finding Candy & Chuck as my new local dog sitter (and I do mean local) since we live in the same development, has been a total blessing. They are so much more than “pet sitters!" The abundance of care and love and communication is perfect for an already spoiled pup!

Just walking up to the front door, Kermit gets so excited to be back at Camp C & C! He LOVES being there and I feel so comfortable knowing he is in excellent hands. How many places can you leave a senior who is under a vet’s care for some pretty serious medical issues and feel totally okay leaving him? Not many! His feeding and medication schedule is a bit complex but it doesn’t phase them in the least. They follow it perfectly and I know their care and compassion for Kermit is beyond expectations.

The daily updates, photos and videos all make me smile and I KNOW Kermit is in great hands. I can’t recommend them enough for excellent pet care.

"We were so nervous about having our 13 yr old corgi Max boarded for our recent trip to Indio, CA, but when we found Candy and made arrangements, the experience couldn't be better. Max received a warm welcome when we dropped him off, got his morning & evening walks, the use of a fluffy dog bed, and plenty of love and attention. We received photos and the occasional video every day of his stay! The day before we were supposed to pick him up, we had a medical emergency and had to cut our trip short. Candy was understanding, flexible, and accommodating. She didn't have to, but she even helped adjust our reservation to save us a little money. Our experience with Candy was stellar, and if we're in town and need to have Max boarded again, we know exactly who to trust."

"Where to begin... We cannot say enough good about the way our Baby Wolfie was taken care of while in Candy and Chuck's care. Our Pomeranian is very spoiled and we were very concerned about finding the right caretakers for his level of spoiled. We found that in Candy and Chuck. They treated him as well as (or better than) we do and followed our instructions to the letter. Candy cooked for him daily, made sure that he took his medication, and gave him his bedtime (little bone) snack with an ice cold bowl of water to wash it down. He has a fear of hardwood floors and they were very thoughtful in coming up with a solution to accommodate his fears (yoga mats) at their expense. We were able to go out of state for our daughter's wedding without giving any thought to how our baby was being cared for. Oh, and the videos and photos were such a treat for us and our family members. Every night we'd all gather around the table to see what sort of fun Baby Wolfie was having. His vacation was as much fun as ours. We give Country Club Sitters (Candy and Chuck) our highest and best recommendation!"

"I don't even know where to start. I think my doggies had a better vacation than we did! They had a great time with Candy and it was evident from the videos and pictures they sent. Candy gave them massages along with dachshund relaxation music, they went for walks, they sunbathed by the water, they watched the ducks by the window overlooking the water, and they were just loved 120% . We didn't think they'd want to come home to us. If you're heading into the desert and need a reliable and loving hosts, Candy and Chuck are the one to choose.

Last bit is our younger dog Trestles has severe anxiety. Candy was able to calm her and make her feel at home."

We had the opportunity to have them come and meet us a couple of months before the date they would be staying at our home and they asked all of the relevant questions and communicated with us in-between the time we met and the date they would be staying at our home. When it was time to stay at our house they texted us when they were on their way and when they got to our house. They kept us updated on how Cleo was doing, along with a darling picture of Cleo. The house was well taken care of and left in great condition. We could hardly tell that they had even stayed here except for the lovely jam and vintage book they left for us along with a lovely note. Our home was left just the way it was when we left and Cleo was happy to see us but I think she was sad to see Candy and Chuck leave. We would highly recommend Candy & Chuck to take care of your pets as well as your home. We hope to be able to have them house/cat sit again."

"Candy & Chuck are more than dog sitters. I met them for dinner before my travels. After meeting them I cleaned my house and made sure the guest room was in A-1 shape. I was not going to miss the opportunity of them taking care of my home and dogs. Candy is warm and nurturing, and Chuck is the innate gentleman. My dogs adore them.

During my trip Candy texted me dog videos with little doggie messages. When I came home, my dogs greeted me with joy and for once, no barking. They had been loved—judging from their demeanor--adored-- during my absence. Chuck and Candy are dog whisperers. My home was immaculate.

Chuck and Candy offered me the luxury of travelling without worry about my home or pets, and my dogs the luxury of nurturing care. I am privileged to have had them in my home for a short two weeks. I am travelling during the holidays. If necessary, I will drive my dogs the 2+ hours to be with Candy and Chuck.

If I asked my dogs who they trust—they would bark “Candy & Chuck”."
