Use Countring lawfully to keep your own travel records. Do not use it to infringe others’ rights or interfere with the app or its services. When obtained through the App Store, Apple’s applicable app license terms also apply.
You are responsible for the dates, countries and notes you enter, and for checking automatically recorded information.
Countring is a personal diary, not proof of border crossings or professional legal, immigration or tax advice. Verify records before relying on or submitting a report.
Location services depend on your permission, device settings, connectivity and iOS. Country detection can be inaccurate near borders, and checks exactly at 23:59 or 00:00 cannot be guaranteed.
Missing observations are not evidence that you remained in a country. Features may be interrupted or unavailable.
Keep independent backups of information you need. Restoring replaces current local records; review the backup preview before proceeding. The local undo copy covers only the most recent restore.
Apple and any service or printer you choose have their own terms and privacy policies. You manage copies exported to iCloud Drive or shared elsewhere.
Countring is provided as available, subject to any rights and guarantees that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not remove your mandatory consumer rights.
No guarantee is made that every travel day, location or report will be complete or error-free.
The app and these terms may be updated. Review the updated date when installing a new version.
You may stop using Countring at any time. Removing the app does not remove backups you exported or copies shared with others; manage those separately.
When applicable, use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard App License Agreement.
