## Use of the App

The app is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.

## In-App Purchases

The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. All sales are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

## Disclaimer

The app is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for missed reminders, lost data due to device failure, or any damages arising from use of the app.

## Termination

We reserve the right to remove the app from the App Store at any time. Your locally stored data remains on your device regardless.

## Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
