We enjoy visiting SD State and National parks. We like to camp, kayak, play board games, watch movies, and spend time together as a family.
We have a very spoiled 4-year-old Malshi named Dude.
I am an advocate for the counseling profession and for improved access to mental health care. I go to Pierre every year for our Day on the Hill to speak with legislators and have been to Washington DC as a representative of the SD Mental Health Counseling Association. A highlight of my professional career was receiving the Counselor of the Year Award from the SDCA in 2018.
