How to refer a student for counseling:

Option 1: Students can self-refer on a google form provided to them during school hours

Option 2: Teachers can refer a student via face to face conversation, email, or google form

Option 3: Parents can call or email me at maynesarah@mtvernon.k12.mo.us or (417) 466-2312 

Option 4: Parents can fill out the Google Form, "Counselor Request Form" below:
