Inclusion criteria:

1. Medication with compulsory counseling points (eg. warfarin, NOACs/DOACs, Anti-TB medications,HAARTs etc) 

2. Medication with specific devices (eg.  inhalers, insulin pens, eye drops, pessary, etc)

Exclusion criteria:

1. Medications for standard/ regular dispensing (Eg. pcm, antihistamines)

2. Seasonal medications (Eg COVID , MERS, SARS)

3. Guidelines/ CPG / Protocol  / SOP medications for acute setting (Eg 'hypertensive urgency captopril regime'/ 'hypertensive emergency IV GTN regime',    'Insulin sliding scale DKA/HHS regimes')
