The CST3 Leadership Forum 2026 is open to all Council Officers, including the Key 3, VPs, and Committee Chairs and may be of value to certain District Chairs who are also welcome.

Schedule Summary

Friday, August  7th:

Check in begins at 9:00 am, Program begins at 10:00 am and ends at 7:00 pm

The day will focus on Board Governance, Council Finance, and Development Opportunities. 

There will be specific time for you to break out as a Council team to discuss how you are trending and plans for the rest of the year. 

Saturday, August 8th:

Program begins at 8:00 am and ends at 3:00 pm

Panel discussion on Membership recruiting, The Council Membership Plan, Methods and Successes, Retention, and Membership Growth Professional staff-level strategies. 

Council breakout sessions:  Focused on Current Membership plan to the end of the year and The plans for launching in 2027.

Meals included: Dinner on Friday, Lunch on Saturday, drinks and snacks.

Airports: San Jose Mineta International Airport (15-20 minutes away), San Francisco International Airport (45 minutes away, depending on Friday traffic)
