Cottonwood Cottage Childcare offers full and part-time licensed (license # - 1778567) child care for children 6 weeks through 5 years of age. For children younger than school age (infant, toddler, preschool), full-time is 25 hours or more per week with a maximum of 50 hours. Part-time is anything less than 25 hours per week.

Our days entail a flexible schedule that follows a similar routine as listed below. 

7:15am - 8:30 am: Arrival and inside free play

8:30am - 9:15am - Breakfast & clean up

9:15am - 9:30am: Stories, themed vocab, letter of the week

9:30am - 10:00am: Themed morning work and activity (morning nappers 9:30 to 10:30 - child led)

10:00am - 11:00am: Outside play (weather permitting) with themed activity

11:00am - 11:30pm: Music and movement

11:30am - 12:15pm: Lunch and clean-up

12:15pm - 12:30pm: Songs & finger plays

12:30pm - 3:00pm: Winddown & Nap

3:15pm - 3:45pm: Afternoon snack

3:45pm - 4:15pm: Inside free play and/or themed activity

4:15pm - 4:30pm: Cleanup

4:30pm - 5:15pm: Outside play (weather permitting)

If you are interested in enrolling your child in Cottonwood Cottage Childcare, we will begin with a phone call or email. I will tell you a little bit about myself and get some details about your child. 

Next, I will ask you and your child to come visit and we can talk through the parent handbook and ensure that your family and Cottonwood Cottage Childcare are a good fit. 

If we decide that we are a good fit, we will move forward with enrollment paperwork and take care of those nitty gritty details that ensure the safety of your child when they are in my care.
