Prepare complete listing package, including Residential Listing Agreement, disclosures, and internal brokerage disclosures. Review signed listing package for accuracy and compliance. Schedule photographer, and vendors for premarketing tasks.

• Request & record HOA contact information, documents, application and transfer process if applicable

• Order Natural Hazard Disclosure and obtain any Brokerage signatures

• Pre-open escrow if needed for title search, etc.

• Build local MLS, including photos and attachments (if any)

• Verify popular websites are syndicating accurately

• Schedule initial Broker Open

• Ensure showing feedback requests are set to automatically push to all showing agents

• Update listing status as needed

• Draft listing extensions and/or modifications to terms, obtain signatures and update files

• $75 due upon receipt of signed Agent/TC agreement, remainder due upon listing going live in MLS

Diamond Listing Package

$525

All services from Listing Coordination plus:

• Initial promotion of listing on agent’s social media (push to social media platforms and run agent paid promotion)

• Coordinate and attend up to 3 inspections totaling 3 hours of onsite time, mileage included (additional time and mileage billed at à la carte rate)

• Coordinate and promote up to 3 open house dates, including sign placement (schedule, promote in MLS and on social media platforms. Print flyers and light refreshments (snacks and water) dropped off shortly before start time. 

•  $175 due upon receipt of signed Agent/TC agreement, remainder due upon listing going live in MLS
