ASLEAH T. ABAS

Asleah T. Abas is a distinguished student leader at Cotabato State University, concurrently serving as the President of the Industrial Technology Student Society (ITSS) and the Vice Governor of the College of Engineering, Technology, and Computing (CETC) Local Student Council. Her dual role allows her to advocate for IT students at the highest levels of student government, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are prioritized.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, Asleah believes that ITSS should lead by example as the first academic organization to demonstrate tangible progress and innovation. Her leadership is defined by a "results-first" approach, aiming to transform the society into a model of efficiency and student empowerment. She is dedicated to fostering a culture where technical skill meets leadership excellence, preparing her fellow students to become pioneers in the industrial technology sector.

SHEELLA M. GANDUAN

Sheella M. Ganduan is a dedicated leader serving as the Vice President for Internal of the Industrial Technology Student Society (ITSS) for the 2025–2026 academic year. In this capacity, she plays a central role in managing the organization's internal operations and ensuring synergy among its various committees. Sheella is driven by the belief that leadership is rooted in influencing others toward shared goals through vision, empathy, and accountability.

Her extensive leadership background reflects a deep commitment to peace, development, and community service. Sheella serves as the President of the Youth Service Philippines Cotabato City Chapter and holds the significant role of Vice Chairwoman for the United Youth for Peace and Development (UNYPAD) CSU Chapter. Her experience in managing information and advocacy is further highlighted by her roles as the Secretary for Public Information for the University Muslim Student Organization (UMSO) and her work with the Committee of Research and Information for UNYPAD Cotabato City.

Sheella’s leadership philosophy emphasizes the importance of humility, active listening, and the promotion of collaboration. She believes that a true leader must not only inspire others but also remain strictly accountable for their actions. By integrating these values into her work at ITSS, Sheella ensures that the internal structure of the society remains strong, transparent, and focused on the collective success of the industrial technology student body.

NOLSAN YSMAEL S. MOPAC

Nolsan Ysmael S. Mopac is a distinguished student leader currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, majoring in Civil Technology, at Cotabato State University. As the Legislative Chairperson of the ITSS for the 2025–2026 academic year, he heads the body responsible for organizational governance and policy oversight. His academic journey is marked by consistent recognition, including the "Most Student Active Award" at the tertiary level and several leadership awards from his secondary education.

Nolsan’s extensive leadership portfolio demonstrates a deep commitment to student representation and community service. He has served in high-level roles such as a Senator for the College of Engineering, Technology, and Computing (CETC) in the University Student Council and as the BOD Chairperson for the University Muslim Student Organization. His experience also includes serving as President of the Muslim Student Organization and as a Classroom Mayor within the Local Student Council, proving his ability to lead diverse groups effectively.

A dedicated advocate for youth empowerment, Nolsan has participated in numerous advanced leadership trainings, including the Bangsa Youth Parliament Academy and multiple sessions of the Leadership Training cum CotSU Youth Parliament. With a proven track record of excellence in both legislative and executive roles, he brings a wealth of experience to the ITSS. His focus on transparent governance and active student participation makes him a vital leader in achieving the society's goals for a progressive and successful year.

ANGEL D. SANTIAGO

Angel Delna Santiago is a dedicated and driven student leader currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, majoring in Civil Technology, at Cotabato State University. Serving as a Board Member for the ITSS Legislative Branch, she leverages her strong foundation in technical skills and leadership to advocate for the student body. Her commitment to excellence is backed by practical certifications, including Carpentry NC II and COSH training, ensuring she brings both technical expertise and administrative oversight to the society.

Her leadership journey is extensive, having previously served as the Internal Liaison for the League of Classroom Mayors under the University Student Council from 2022 to 2024. In that role, she acted as a vital communication link, ensuring clarity and cooperation between university leaders and the student body. Furthermore, her appointment as an Associate Justice for the College of Engineering, Technology, and Computing (CETC) in 2024 highlights her integrity and her dedication to upholding fair and just practices within the college.

Beyond her academic and collegiate roles, Angel is an active member of the UNYPAD CSU-Chapter and has participated in numerous high-level leadership seminars, such as the Leadership Training cum CotSU-Youth Parliament and legislative capacity workshops. She is skilled in collaborative problem-solving, team management, and community engagement. As a Board Member, Angel is committed to driving innovation and positive change, making her a key figure in steering the ITSS toward a landmark year of progress.

AHRON P. PAKAN

Ahron Pagayao Pakan is a distinguished youth leader and advocate for "Moral Governance" within the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology at Cotabato State University, Ahron serves as a Board Member of the ITSS Legislative Branch, where he drafts resolutions to shape organizational policy and institutional reform.

His leadership footprint extends significantly to national and international levels. He serves as a National Board Trustee for the United Nations Youth Association of the Philippines (UNYA-PH), setting the strategic vision for youth-led Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) localization. Additionally, as a Partnerships Officer for the ASEAN Youth Organization – Philippines, he facilitates high-level regional collaborations and foster strategic alliances across Southeast Asia.

With an extensive background in campus governance—previously serving as Assistant Executive Secretary for the Local Student Council—Ahron is recognized for his ability to harmonize diplomatic oversight with operational excellence. He remains committed to empowering the next generation of Bangsamoro leaders through ethical advocacy and inclusive regional cooperation.

ARIES UKOM

Aries A. Ukom is a dedicated student leader serving as the Head of the Committee on Academic Affairs for the Industrial Technology Student Society (ITSS) during the 2025–2026 academic year. With a leadership journey that began in high school and continues into his tertiary education, Aries brings a wealth of experience in organizational management and group dynamics. In his current role, he is responsible for leading initiatives that support the academic success and professional development of the student body.

His background is defined by active participation in various school organizations, where he has mastered the art of collaboration and taking responsibility for collective goals. Aries believes that effective leadership is built on the foundation of teamwork, and he has consistently demonstrated the ability to contribute meaningfully to any project he undertakes. His transition into a departmental head role reflects his commitment to serving the ITSS community and his desire to apply his leadership skills at a higher administrative level.

For Aries, leadership is defined as the ability to guide, inspire, and support others while setting a positive example. He prioritizes listening to diverse perspectives and making responsible decisions that help the entire team grow, particularly when facing challenges.
