Meeting note templates will automatically import any relevant information from a Calendar meeting invite, including smart chips for attendees and files. In this tutorial, you will learn how to use the Meeting Notes Building block within Docs.
Tips/Reminders:
There must be an existing Google Calendar event to create Meeting Notes for
Meeting notes can be accessed from Google Docs by navigating to Insert - Building blocks - Meeting notes OR by typing @Meeting notes and selecting/searching for a Calendar event
Meeting notes can also be created directly from Google Calendar.
Note: As of 12/2022, this can only be done from within work/School accounts. The option is not available (yet) in personal Gmail accounts.
