本資訊平台收集以各國化妝品法規為主(含各種法規, 化學物相關規範)，因資訊來源引用為國外媒體與官方網站資源，故符合本國著作權法第52條，本平台為非營利且無商業行為，且文章均附上原網頁引用，應符合合理使用之範疇。
