Our Terms of Service is our legal method of how you should operate with Cosmic. Failing in doing so can lead to termination of your usage of Cosmic.

PART OF OUR MISSION:

• Our mission is to allow Discord users to make their servers how they want it to be. We do not force external links for them to visit and set up.

• We aim achieve what's best in the user's point of view.

YOU ARE FREE TO:

• Capture, Save and Share any content including or referencing Cosmic, provided that you do not fake it official.

• Add/Remove our service to any amount of servers you own/are a representative of.

• Run any command in a server provided that you are not harassing any individual/group of individuals or nationality.

• Share the information we provide to you.

ASSET RIGHTS:

• You must have our permission before you use any of the valuable assets of Cosmic like it's logo or website for any purpose apart from Content Creating.

• You may not re-use our structure to re-claim it as one of yours.

• We, by our right, have the authority to terminate our service to you if we find you are using our assets for the advertisement of your project by any means.

• Our assets should not be used to violate anyone's privacy.

COSMIC AND ITS AFFILIATES:

Cosmic and its affiliates are not responsible for any loses via our third-party links. They must be contacted and dealt with by their representatives.

You must also agree to our affiliates' Terms of Service if you wish to do anything for your profit using our assets, provided that Cosmic and its affiliates are involved.

• Do not listen to any fraudulent impersonator telling anything "official" unless stated in our words.
