Our service consists the use of 3rd party links and websites. We may not be held as a representative of the site which you visit via the usage of our service, unless it is our own website. By trust, we may assure you that the 3rd party links provided by our service are safe and secure. However, we may not be held responsible for any kind of loss due to the 3rd party links offered via our service. Please do contact that site’s representative in case of any losses.
Below you may find a list of data we store, and why we store them:
1) User ID: This data is not always given to us by default, but we gain the User ID when a Quick Support request/VIP Order or any bot-to-team communication has occurred. We usually ignore this data unless we have to blacklist you from our service on violating Discord’s/our Terms of Service and Guidelines.
2) Guild IDs: This data is rarely collected. We only collect Guild IDs on the request of the guild’s representative to disable/enable certain features of our service.
To add on, our website does not ask/store any data too. It is only in-Discord concerning the above mentioned points.
• Who can access my data?
Your above mentioned data can only be accessed by our service representatives, that is, our Team. This data is only stored for a review purpose and is later disregarded.
• Can I request my data to be returned/deleted from the service?
Yes, you can contact us on deleting your data from our service. We do not "store" any data for a specific purpose and hence this can be done easily.
We do not log messages sent in servers or Cosmic’s direct messages. The messages sent by users are only between themselves and Discord. We only, on user’s request, log the User JOIN and User LEAVE logs, as a part of User Events Logs, within the mentioned server.
• Where exactly are these messages logged?
These messages are logged in the server in which you are and is NOT sent to us. We do not track any data/messages which concern Discord Messages, User events and Moderation events of a server. To also be known that User JOIN and User LEAVE logs are only sent to channels within a server which is set by the server's representative.
We would terminate or temporarily disable our service if we find you violating basic community guidelines, Discord Terms of Service & Guidelines and our Terms of Service and general rules.
Termination to the service does not happen with a prior notice. You may be immediately blacklisted from our service. Termination of our service can also take place if you are found exposing one’s privacy via our service directly or indirectly.
We may not authorize that our service is totally flaw-free and is always available. To make it less complex, you may encounter minor bugs here and there throughout our service and these encounters can be reported as a bug and would be approved/denied by Service Team and Developers. As we are constantly updating our service with new features, flaws may be kind of common to encounter.
Our service may not be available at times of a server outage, or a purposeful taking down due to a major update. Any such issues with the availability of our service would be informed via our representatives.
