Cory Frederick is a consultant, educator, and project leader with over a decade of experience at the intersection of learning, equity, and cultural transformation. His work spans K–12, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, where he designs and implements equity-centered strategies using data and people-driven insights. As a transgender man of color, Cory brings both lived experience and subject matter expertise to his collaborations with senior leadership, HR teams, and advisory groups, advancing systems that center BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ communities, women, and other historically marginalized groups. He holds a BSS in Geological Sciences and Environmental & Plant Biology and an MEd in Cultural Studies, both from Ohio University. He is a licensed K-12 educator and real estate agent, and he lives with his family in Plain City, Ohio.
