Climate Change is one of the most challenging problems we are facing right now, which can impact the well-being of humanity in the near future. Mathematics is a key discipline, which can produce models and study the impact of climate change.
The PRIN-PNRR project “Some Mathematical Approaches to Climate Change and its Impacts” is devoted to the study of these themes.
The event aims at presenting and sharing some of the outcomes of the research project and at the same time to introduce early career researchers to the state of the art of the mathematical investigation of the climate system.
The School/Workshop consists of three mini-courses delivered by leading experts in the field and invited lectures held by international speakers.
