Dataset design to support the ability of the basecaller and the remora models to read through and recognize DNA and RNA bases in all contexts. Especially focused on DNA modified bases (e.g. 5mC, 5hmC, and m6A) and RNA modified bases (e.g. 6mA, Methyl-1-PseudoUridine, and PseudoUridine).
