Operations and Supply Chain Management

My research examines how organizations develop and adapt operational capabilities under resource and institutional constraints. My primary interests include Lean management, sustainable procurement, organizational change, and management education. Across these areas, I study how organizations respond to operational challenges and how management education can prepare students for complex managerial problems.
