1. *Respect First*– Treat everyone with courtesy. Discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.

2. *No Misrepresentation*– Company-specific groups are only for verified employees. These groups do not represent companies officially in any manner.

3. *Relevant Sharing*– Keep discussions meaningful. Share flatmate needs, events, Kerala/Hyd updates, and helpful info. Avoid spam.

4. *No Promotions*– Strictly no unsolicited promotions, chain forwards, or business promotions unless approved. Reach out to us.

5. *Inclusive Vibes*– Non-Malayalis are welcome! Let’s keep this community open, diverse, and friendly.

6. *Privacy Matters* – Do not share members’ personal details, numbers, or screenshots outside the group without consent.

7. *No Unsolicited Personal Messages* – Members should not receive unwanted personal DMs or spam from others. Such behaviour can be reported to admins, and offenders will be removed.

8. *Celebrate Culture* – Respect and enjoy the cultural events, festivals, and uniqueness of Kerala while embracing Hyderabad’s diversity.

9. *Admin Rights* – Admins reserve the right to verify, restrict, or remove members who break rules, to keep the community safe.

10.*Free & Voluntary* – This is a free community run voluntarily. Participation is by choice.

11.  *Social Media* - By participating in our events, you acknowledge and voluntarily consent to our social media policy. Photography and videography are generally conducted during all events, and such recordings may be used in our official content across social media platforms. Participation is entirely voluntary, and by joining you agree to abide by these guidelines. If you are unable or unwilling to follow them, we respectfully ask that you do not participate.

IMPORTANT NOTICE : 

We kindly request your cooperation in ensuring that all group activities align with the interests of the country and comply with cyber laws. Please refrain from sharing fake news, unclear information related to religious or personal matters, or any content that violates these guidelines. The group admin will not be held responsible if any member faces legal action due to their activities within the group and social media. This applies to all our events and gatherings as well. By Joining our groups or instagram you agree to comply with all the above guidelines. We do not officially represent any company, entity or governement organisation.
