Let’s keep HeartPace fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone:

🎯 General Conduct

1. All participants are expected to maintain proper decorum throughout the event 🤝

2. Any form of nuisance, disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated 🚫

3. As this is a group-based event, participants must be respectful and cooperative with fellow attendees, organizers, venue staff, and volunteers 🙏

4. Consumption of illegal substances or involvement in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited ❌

5. Participants must comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and instructions issued by the organizers 🛡️

⚠️ Responsibility & Liability

6. Corp Mallu shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused due to a participant’s actions during the event ⚖️

7. Each participant is solely responsible for their personal belongings, conduct, and safety 🎒

8. Any damage caused to the venue or event property due to an individual’s actions will be the sole responsibility of the participant, including any penalties imposed 💸
   
   

🎟️ Ticketing & Entry Guidelines

9. There will be no physical tickets issued for this event 📩

10. A confirmation email sent to the registered email ID shall serve as the official proof of registration ✅

11. Tickets/registrations once confirmed are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in case of cancellation or non-attendance 🔒

12. Entry will be permitted only upon verification of the confirmation email and valid identity proof, if required 🪪

13. Only verified participants/runners will be allowed to participate in the event 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

14. Upon successful verification, each participant will receive an official event stamp, which must be visible and intact at all times ✋🟣

15. Participants without a valid stamp or with a tampered/invalid stamp may be denied participation or removed from the event without refund 🚷

16. Corp Mallu will not be responsible for issues arising due to incorrect email IDs, failure to carry confirmation details, or loss of access to the confirmation email 📧

17. Duplicate registrations or misuse of confirmation emails will lead to disqualification without refund ⚠️

18. Corp Mallu reserves the right to deny entry, restrict participation, or remove any individual who violates event rules or disrupts the event environment 🚨

19. Corp Mallu reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, format, or rules if required, without prior notice 🔄

20. By registering for and attending the event, participants agree to comply with all the above rules and guidelines 📝

This is a voluntary social run focused on community, movement, and good vibes.
Participation is at your own discretion, and everyone is responsible for their personal safety and belongings.

📸 Photography & Videography Notice

By participating in our events, you acknowledge and voluntarily consent to our social media policy. Photography and videography are generally conducted during all events, and such recordings may be used in our official content across social media platforms. Participation is entirely voluntary, and by joining you agree to abide by these guidelines. If you are unable or unwilling to follow them, we respectfully ask that you do not participate.
