We've updated our APP!
Technology moves on and so must we. We've moved to a new APP supplier to comply with the latest banking rules, and to make use of the most up to date maps and notification services
The sections below will help you set the APP up, and find your way around the most commonly used functions.

To register, enter your mobile number removing the first zero. You will then receive a 6-digit code by text message to this number.
Enter this 6-digit code followed by your name and email address and this will complete your registration.
You will be asked about your default payment option - selecting "Cash" allows for the quickest registration and you can add cards or accounts at any time after you're registered if you wish.
Changes to the law have meant that the way we accept card payments has changed - you may wish to use our new in car contactless card terminals instead.
If you want to add an automatic tip, just tap on the 3 lines on the top right and select tip, you can set the tip up as a set amount or a custom tip for a certain percentage of the journey fare.
You can see the different tip options above.
Your pickup point can be determined by either the GPS from your phone or it can be manually entered. Once you have selected your pickup address you can then select your destination
For the best experience we advise setting up some saved locations
When you have selected your destination, you will see a rough fare estimate for the journey and will be able to select what vehicle type you need, how you want to pay and when you would like the taxi for. Remember that in car contactless payments are available.
If unable to find a business or commercial address on the app you can add the business name to the notes for the driver which may help them find the location more easily.
You can order a taxi for now, or pre order it for later. If your booking is for straight away when you press “Confirm Booking” we will begin to look for a driver for your journey.
Once a driver has been assigned you will receive notification showing the registration and make and model of the vehicle which has been sent. The map will update to show the location of your driver and the estimated time of arrival.
Should you need to cancel a booking you can do so by tapping on the cancel trip option.
Once you select the cancel trip option you will be prompted to confirm the cancellation.
You will then be asked to give a reason as to why you want to cancel the trip.
If you go onto my trips section, you can see the cancelled booking.
Setting up favourite places makes choosing your pick up points and destinations easier - just click on the address instead of typing it in
You can set up your favourite places in your profile by tapping the 3 lines in the top right of the app, then select favourites and add another location
You can also give the favourite a special name such as work or home. Once you are satisfied with this simply tap save.
You can see a few examples of favourites shown above.
If you wish to change your payment method at the time of booking just select the side arrow beside the currently selected payment method
This will open a floating menu with all your saved payment methods – Card, Apple and Samsung Pay, Account and Cash. Just select which you want to use.
You can now see that your payment method has been updated.
After confirming your booking, you will see a summary of your booking including vehicle type requested and payment method.
