PROBLEM:
As per the guidelines of Unlock 1.0 declared by the Government, from June itself, many shops, religious places, railway stations, bus-stations, malls ,etc. will get open amidst this danger of Corona virus. With the current rate of increase in Corona cases in our country everyday,if these places will get open then, India being second populous country in the world after China will be at great risk if these places start getting crowded as they used to be earlier. Thus, the problem is: "How to stop virus transmission at these crowded places after lockdown gets over ?". This problem will continue prevailing in the society until proper vaccine is discovered for this virus.
PROPOSED SOLUTION :
One way is to keep these places closed until some vaccine is discovered. But such prolonged lock-down will put our country to a major Economic recession hence it is necessary to open these places now. Then a second approach can be to screen out the people who are at high risk of being infected and allow only the ones who are at no risk or at very low risk. But how can this be done ? For that, I have made an attempt to develop an algorithm using concepts of probability and graph theory that would assign a score(aka Corona Score) to each individual that indicates his chances of being Corona positive. More the score, more are his chances.
Thus, at each of these places that are very likely to get crowded, a checking can be performed at their entrances and if Corona score of a person is below a particular threshold, then only he should be allowed to enter that place. Thus,in this way if no suspected person enters that place, crowding of only healthier ones will occur inside and thus, chances of virus transmission will become very low than what they are today.
