In this time of Corantine, we all spend a little more time at home than we wish for. However, the home is not a safest place for everyone. This is why I have sewn over 100 masks, with the aim of selling them to colleagues, friends and family on a donation basis. All collected donations will be transferred to the Stichting Blijf Group, which supports victims of domestic violence in Amsterdam and its surroundings.
Colourful masks made of solid wax print brought from the idyllic Zanzibar. The mask can be worn on both sides. Though, make sure to clean it after every use.7 Euro
Blue masks in a stripe or floral look made of sturdy cotton fabric. The fabrics are old finds from Grandma's sewing box.7 Euro
Bright masks made of fine and robust cotton. The masks look very simple and adapt well to every face.7 Euro
Unique pieces from former table runners with Inca print, brought from Ecuador. The mask is lined with a robust cotton fabric.10 Euro
Each mask is equipped with two small wires on both ends. These wires can be adjusted to your nose and chin to keep the mask in place. The elastics make it easy to put the masks on, while keeping your hands clean. The mask vary slightly in size and weight due to the different materials. You like to know more about it? All masks are shipped from Amsterdam. Shipping costs are added to the donation value. You can find out the exact costs here.
