The Corner Inlet Stingrays Junior Football Club formed in 2010.
Junior football players and their families from the districts of Fish Creek, Foster, Toora and Welshpool came together for training and game day on Sundays throughout the footy season to participate in playing football at junior league level against other teams in the Alberton Junior Football League.
In 2017 the Alberton Junior League ceased to exist, and Corner Inlet Stingrays moved to the Southern Gippsland Junior Football Competiton playing against teams such as Inverloch, Wonthaggi and Phillip Island.
In 2023 another switch was made this time to the Central Gippsland Junior Football League to be better aligned with the teams that our allied senior clubs play.
The continued success of the Corner Inlet Junior Football Club has provided the respective senior clubs of Foster, Fish Creek, and Toora with experienced junior players some of which have gone on further to compete at the top level.
