The following list of landlords includes those who have already worked with Volunteers of America (VOA) Colorado Rapid Rehousing for Re-Entry (COR3) or have expressed interest in working with our clients.
How to use of this list:
Known available units will be at the top of the list, but other landlords may have availabilities and might be worth contacting. Scroll to the right to see details like income requirements, felony or sex offense friendliness, etc.
If there is a website listed in the contact info, click on the link provided to search directly on their website for the most updated availability or to begin an application online.
Before submitting an application, contact the landlord to confirm availability for your desired unit. If it is no longer available, be flexible and ask if they have anything else coming available soon at any other properties that would match what you are looking for. Ask about exceptions to an income or criminal background requirement; if necessary, ask if you or your case manager can provide letters of intent along with your application to improve the chances that your application is accepted.
*There is no guarantee that landlords on this list will accept your application or that units listed as available will still be available when an application is submitted.*
