"Care Essentials" introduces Kaiser Permanente's new boutique health care clinic to people living and working in downtown San Francisco.

This COVID Journey Video revisits what 2020 meant to the people of Kaiser Permanente. I was asked to hit at least 12 chronological touchpoints in this internal piece. Writing a script that didn't sound like a laundry list — while capturing hearts — was a rewarding challenge.
